These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) for the Princess Porsche Parade promotion (“Promotion”) fulfilled by Open Network Exchange Inc (“ONE,” “we, “our,” or “us”) set forth a legally binding agreement between ONE and the purchaser (“purchaser,” “you” or “your”) who purchases products and/or services through our website, Princess.RedeemYourTravel.com (“Website”) using the promotional code received as a result of the offer. Eligibility to participate in the Promotion is limited to new cruises booked at the Porsche Parade event, between June 9 to June 15, in Birmingham, Alabama, with a member of the Princess Cruises team onsite at the event. Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly as well as all terms and conditions and policies and procedures supplied by the provider of any product or service (“Provider”) offered through the Promotion (“Provider Terms”). To the extent of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and Provider Terms, these Terms and Conditions shall govern and control.

By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the  Terms of Use, the Privacy Notice, and Provider Terms, which are incorporated herein and you accept these Terms and Conditions on the behalf of any traveling companions, users of any service purchased through the Promotion, and/or guests (including minors and those under any disability) (collectively with you, “Customers”). Additionally, you agree that it is your sole responsibility to inform all Customers of the contents of these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Provider Terms.

In some instances, both these Terms and Conditions and separate guidelines, rules, or terms of service, setting forth additional or different terms and/or conditions will apply to your use of the Promotion (in each such instance, and collectively, “Additional Terms”). For example, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, any contest, sweepstakes or other savings program we offer as part of the Promotion or to Promotion purchasers, is and will also be subject to separate official rules and terms. To the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any Additional Terms, these Terms and Conditions will control unless the Additional Terms expressly state otherwise.

Promotion Details

The Promotion is valid for a limited time only, from June 9 through June 15, 2024 and available to residents of the United States who are 21 years old or older. Additional Provider age restrictions may apply to cruises and resort stays. For restrictions on specific cruises visit the Website and select the cruise for details. The Promotion consists of one complimentary certificate for a resort stay for two people for five nights (“Resort Certificate”), which is provided for booking a qualifying Princess Cruise Lines Ltd. (“Princess”) cruise onsite at the Porsche Parade event.

Cruise guests (if you choose to add a guest to a booking) must meet all eligibility requirements to sail as described on Princess’ website as of the date of departure. Any cruise guest under twenty-one (21) years of age (“Minor Guest”) must be accompanied by a guest who is twenty-one (21) years or older. If the Minor Guest is your child, then such Minor Guest must be accompanied at all times during the cruise by you. All cruise travelers must have all necessary identification and/or cruise documents (including but not limited to a valid passport, visa, if applicable, and all other necessary travel documents, which include any health certifications/proofs of vaccination that are required by Princess and/or applicable governments/ports) required for the cruise. As set forth in more detail in the passage contract, Princess reserves the right to refuse to embark any traveler, at any time if, in Princess’ sole opinion, a traveler is unfit for any reason for the cruise. We will not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any acts or omissions whatsoever by cruise operators or any other persons providing any cruise-related services or accommodations. You and any guests are also responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at your option and hereby acknowledge that we have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

In order to access or use the Resort Certificate, you will be required to register for a user account through the Website. Once registered, you will have an online account to track your Promotion activity (referred to herein as “Account”).

Resort Certificates are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are subject to an expiration date, which will be noted in your Account. Resort certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You must redeem the Resort Certificate for a resort stay within nine months from the date that it is issued for a stay that occurs within twelve months of the issue date for that Resort Certificate. Unused Resort Certificates are non-refundable. Resort availability and dates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of ONE and the resort Provider. You may upgrade the room type and/or length of the stay for an additional fee. Anyone under 21 years of age must be accompanied by someone 21 years or older who will assume responsibility for their care during the stay.

The Resort Certificate only covers the property base rate. It does not cover any government taxes or charges, upgrades, additional nights’ accommodations, food and beverage, travel, transfers, travel insurance, resort fees, or any other related costs and you are solely liable for such costs, which may be due at the time of your booking or upon check-in. Each resort’s terms and conditions apply to any booking made at such property and you are responsible for compliance with all terms. If you cancel your resort booking for any reason, you will not be refunded or provided with a replacement certificate.

  
Availability; Modifications to Prices or Billing Terms

All resort stays are capacity controlled and subject to availability. Resort stays booked through the Promotion are not guaranteed until confirmation is received from the Provider through us.

Availability may be limited during key periods and holidays throughout the year. Available inventory will be shown based upon select dates of your stay.

Certain resorts and dates included in the Promotion may not be available at all times and may be substituted or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right, at any time, to change prices and billing methods for products and services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the products and services or by e-mail delivery to you. Providers retain certain rights to increase rates (including, without limitation, taxes, service charges, resort fees, and government fees), change availability and change and/or discontinue promotions and/or special offers, at any time for any reason. Any increase in price or rate imposed by the Provider will be passed on to you, and you agree to such increase, unless otherwise stated in the Provider Terms related to the individual transaction.

No Responsibility to Sell Mispriced Services

We do our best to describe every offering on the Website as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that specifications or pricing on the Website is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of any errors relating to the pricing or specifications, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders in our sole discretion. If we charged your credit card or other account prior to cancellation, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge. Notification will be sent to the registered email address on the account and refund credits should be issued to the account within 7-10 business days.

Booking Cancellation/Changes

The fees assessed by us and/or Provider as a result of a cancellation or change are set forth on the booking confirmation and apply to all transactions purchased through us. Each Provider has specific cancellation policies and cancellation fees separate and apart from our policies and fees. Provider Terms may treat name changes and departure date changes as cancellations.

If services are canceled by the Provider, all sums paid to the Provider for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the Provider and you will be refunded within thirty (30) days of receiving the funds from the Provider with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the Provider, the funds shall be returned within fourteen (14) days after cancellation by the Provider to you unless you request the Provider to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.

The Promotion is administered and fulfilled by ONE via the Website. ONE is located at 7350 N. Dobson Rd., Suite 130, Scottsdale AZ 85256. ONE is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Registration No. #ST-43055. ONE is also a registered seller of travel in the following states: Washington UBI #604-664-678, Hawaii #TAR-7441 and California #CST 2147520-50. Registration as seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. ONE is not a participant in the California Travel Restitution Fund. California requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. ONE maintains a Consumer Protection Bond issued by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company in the amount of $100,000.00.
